Junior at Stephen Decatur High School, Caitlin Shimko, discusses how training at The Athlete Academy is preparing her to achieve her goals in lacrosse and soccer.

Junior at Stephen Decatur High School, Caitlin Shimko, began training at The Athlete Academy in Berlin two years ago. Shimko says her strength, speed, agility, and confidence has improved since working out at the facility.  

The two sport athlete has aspirations to win the conference and state title with Decatur girls soccer and girls lacrosse during her junior campaign.
