Century vs Queen Anne Girls soccer

STEVENSVILLE Md. – Queen Anne County girls soccer team held on and won 4-2 on penalties advancing to the state final. 

Century had most of the possession and created more scoring opportunities but the Lions defense held up along with a heroic effort from goalie Bea Holthaus who kept them in the game. Holthaus followed up her great performance in the game and in extra time by saving two penalties carrying the Lions to the final.
