GREENWOOD, Del – The Delmar Wildcats secured their third win of the season, defeating the Woodbridge Blue Raiders 32-25 in a tight girls’ basketball matchup. Woodbridge’s Jaida Plummer opened strong with two three-pointers, helping the Raiders hold a 7-6 lead after the first quarter.

Delmar responded in the second with key plays from Laela Brown and Ayianna Hunt to take a 10-7 lead, but first half ultimately came to and end at a 10-10 tie. The Wildcats controlled the second half, with Evoni Brown’s late score sealing the victory.
