Sophomore Emily Wells was the long Viking goal scorer, netting two goals to help push Cape Henlopen to the DIAA D1 State Semifinals with a 2-1 victory over the Charter School of Wilmington

DOVER, Del. -- It wasn't the usual Cape Henlopen offensive explosion, but it was enough to get the job done as the Vikings' secured a tight 2-1 victory over the Charter School of Wilmington Forces earlier tonight to advance to the DIAA D1 State Championship game.

Sophomore Emily Wells provided all the scoring the Vikings would need, as she chipped in their only two goals in the win.
