POCOMOKE Md. – The Pocomoke girls basketball team defeated the Colonel Richardson Colonels 54-37 on Friday night. 

A 23-point effort from Madeline Esham led the Warriors in a game which they never trailed. Big runs in the second half helped them pull away for the 17-point win.
